About the author
Mark LeBlanc has been a small business owner virtually his entire adult life. After an employer told him at twenty-one that he lacked the work ethic to be his own boss, Mark promptly started his own business and never looked back. With a deep commitment and quiet confidence, he has devoted his life and work to helping others unlock a combination for their own success.
He has given over 2,000 presentations and coached over 1,000 business owners and professionals. In addition, he has conducted over 170 business development retreats for full-time independent professionals called the Achievers Circle retreat.
In 1997, the Minnesota Speakers Association created The Mark LeBlanc Award for outstanding service and presents this award annually to a deserving member. He was inducted into the Minnesota Speakers Association Hall of Fame in 2006. He served as the president of the National Speakers Association in 2007-2008.
In 2008, Mark walked the 500-mile Camino de Santiago pilgrimage across Spain. He went back in 2014 for a second walk and again in 2017. His first Camino was the inspiration for his book Never Be the Same.
He created the Mark LeBlanc (Y.E.S.) Foundation for young entrepreneurs and has gifted thirty aspiring business owners with grants of $3,000 each. He lives in Edina with his wife, Sweet Ann. They enjoy movies, playing cards, and entertaining friends and family. Mark is a proud uncle of ten nieces and nephews and now sixteen great nieces and nephews. They adopted two, adorable Yorkipoo puppies during the pandemic named Sweet Bella and Princess Gia.
