About The Author

Rosemary Paetow is the founder and president of Think inStrategy. She brings a rare talent to her clients in the areas of process, performance, and people expertise. First, as a former CPA from KPMG, she is trained to quickly identify a company's key business risk and their areas of constraint (often not obvious). She assesses business processes to determine alignment between strategy and results. A company's efficiency, effectiveness, and viability to scale are quickly revealed. Second, as a former VAR (value added reseller) of accounting systems, she understands how to evaluate and then design systems to support the strategic 120 Better Bigger Bolder objectives of a company that enhances performance across the board. Third, with her personal development training she understands how to motivate and inspire staff to produce. And finally, Rosemary has thirteen years of boots on the ground as an employee and manager running departments, executing on strategy, and developing teams to become high performers. She's been in the trenches, so her perspective is based on proven methodologies, not just theoretical concepts.
