Monika has over 20 years of various experiences in the leadership and supervision of the development and implementation of ISO 9001 quality management system, supplier quality management, the development of quality control plan, managing internal, customer and third party audits, handling customer complaint, project management, product configuration management, document control, laboratory management, manufacturing, and operations in pulp and paper, waste water treatment plant, solvent purification refinery, hi-tech, navigation equipment, and oil industries. Throughout her brilliant professional career in quality assurance and management, Monika has routinely exhibited the passion, vision and dedication necessary to be successful in the business world. She has helped companies in Singapore, Malaysia, United Kingdom, United States of America, Canada, China, Australia and Indonesia improved their quality management system an secured their highly valuable contractual agreement with their clients. During her collegiate career, she earned a Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering in 1991 from Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB), Indonesia.
