About the author
Amanda Gabrielle began practicing yoga in the mid 80's. It became a life reforming "better myself" from the inside-out journey. One of her most favourite things about yoga is that it helped rebalance her life and learn to always enjoy each moment which has been so important for mental health.
For more than 30 years, Amanda has taught people of all ages and abilities, transforming bodies and lives with her innovative holistic approach to health and happiness through the practice of yoga. She has travelled to India, and throughout the United States and Canada practicing and learning from some of the world's best teachers. Her travels and experiences led Amanda to becoming a certified teacher in yoga and reflexology. She also has numerous accreditations and trainings in the following areas: Kids Have Stress Programs, family circus yoga, wellness in the workplace and working with differently abled persons as well as seniors' fitness. Amanda is very much qualified to reconcile ancient yoga teachings with a modern-day practice to guide you on the path towards unlocking your inner potential and live a fulfilling life.
Amanda works at being the living example of what she teaches and is grateful for every opportunity as an instructor, author and guest presenter, to share all the benefits yoga has to offer for people to stress-less and live healthy, happy and productive. While being a life- long yoga practitioner, Amanda's other interests include spending time travelling with her children, good food and (the occasional) glass of wine, being outdoors with nature and is inspired by highly creative people.
