Katrina (Trina) Epp, raised in Ellensburg, Washington, started working immediately out of school for her father’s hay export company. Soon after, she started her own company marketing and selling hay internationally to Japan, Taiwan, and Korea. She currently resides in Western Colorado with her eight-year-old daughter and five-year-old son. Katrina’s writing has been published in various publications about parenting and family life and includes a piece on the Penn State rape scandal in Central Penn Parent magazine, as well as her articles “The Seven-Year Itch,” for Divine Caroline magazine, and the “Uh-Oh Box” in the YummyMummyClub.
