About the author
Chris R. Rea is a certified nutritionist and certified personal trainer. He is a two-time NCAA All-American wrestler, a NY Golden Gloves boxer and an MMA fighter, and has placed and won several bodybuilding competitions. Chris has traveled to nearly 100 countries and speaks 6 languages including English, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, French, and Mandarin Chinese. Among his many accomplishments he is an Eagle Scout and plays classical piano and saxophone.
