Chris Rea is a certified nutritionist and personal trainer. He is a two-time NCAA All-American wrestler, a NY Golden Gloves boxer and a MMA fighter, and has been a place winner and champion in several bodybuilding championships. Chris has traveled to almost 100 countries and speaks English, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, French and Mandarin Chinese. Among his many accomplishments he is an Eagle Scout and also plays classical piano and saxophone.
