Chris Rea is a certified nutritionist and certified personal trainer. He is a two-time NCAA All-American wrestler, a NY Golden Gloves boxer and a MMA fighter and has won and placed high in several bodybuilding championships. Chris has traveled to nearly 100 countries and speaks English, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, French and Mandarin Chinese. Among his many accomplishments he plays classical piano and saxophone and is an Eagle Scout.
