Description

The World When Young is a travel memoir from a young writer, who has been lucky enough to explore corners of the world that many may never get to see themselves. J. L. Stephenson shares his experiences in a youthful honesty, with pure emotional recollection and realizations. While a memoir, this book offers hope to young people who need a push to explore and adventure, a call to expand one's horizons and see the world which is at all of our very fingertips. No longer do young people need to refrain from travel per the excuse that "the time will come," Stephenson instead, dares all of the world and his readers to get out and do it now. Across the United States, Latin America and Europe, "The World When Young" is a testament to the depths of the human spirit of adventure, which burns too slowly in many hearts.
