Stella Chong is an American author mostly known for her articles in different blogs focused on dietary concerns. After having started off her career in the publishing industry, she decided to move her interests in diet studies within her profession by following several nutrition science courses. She currently lives in New York where she is fully engaged with the local community for promoting the idea of mindful eating.
