Ollie Reed Jr. - A freelance writer, a reporter, columnist, and editor at The Albuquerque Tribune from 1976 to the paper’s demise in 2008, Ollie currently works as a bookseller. Slim Randles – Besides being Max Evans' biographer (Ol’ Max Evans: The First Thousand Years), he is a syndicated newspaper columnist and book author. His column, Home Country, appears in more than 300 newspapers in 44 states and he is winner of the 2012 Rounders Award. Ruth E. Francis – Book seller, editor, and admirer of Max.
