They both require inspiration, technical ability, and discipline.” In 1983, Ara wrote his first book entitled Pearls of Love: How to Write Love Letters and Love Poems. Over the years it has become one of the most recognized works on the topic of romantic writing and communication. It has even been called a modern-day version of Cyrano de Bergerac. Love Poems for Cards and Letters is his second book. In it, he presents his poetry as a powerful and effective method of expressing and communicating friendship and love in all of its many forms.
