William P. Robertson was born in 1950 in Bradford, Pennsylvania. He graduated from Mansfield University in 1972 with a B.S. in English. He has since worked in factories, taught high school English, and run a successful house painting business. In his spare time, Bill enjoys following the Pittsburgh Pirates, fishing for brook trout, and listening to '70s rock. Robertson began freelancing short stories, poetry, and articles in 1978, and his work has now appeared in over 500 magazines worldwide. Specializing in the historical fiction and horror genres, he has also penned over 60 books.
