Tia Ramey is a Communications Strategist and President of RM Communications. She collaborates with award-winning talent and has served many organizations from coast to coast since 2012. Tia Ramey specializes in working with local outreach initiatives and she has advised many minorities-owned businesses on their marketing strategies.

She provides communication training and consulting to organizations to help leaders and managers develop equitable communications processes that maximize efficiency. Tia Ramey is a graduate of the Columbus College of Art and Design, where she obtained a BFA. She later attended graduate school at Franklin University, where she studied Marketing and Communication.

Tia Ramey has also worked in public service as the Deputy Director for Governor DeWine in his office of Faith-Based and Community Initiatives by educating non-profit organizations on how to develop strong partnerships and access resources that will result in capacity building.

As Deputy Director, Tia Ramey was mostly proud to serve the state of Ohio by empowering the leaders that commit their lives to community service. Tia Ramey is also an instructor for the Ohio State University in the College of Public Affairs for the MAPS program, where she educates business professionals about social media, digital marketing, and self-branding.
