About the author
Tia Ramey is the Senior Vice President and Chief Digital Strategist at The Saunders PR Group. In her present role, she is responsible for providing creative direction and digital strategy for all clients. A local entrepreneur, Tia founded Ramey Marketing LLC, a full-service advertising agency located in Columbus, Ohio. She has collaborated with award-winning talent and has served many small businesses from coast to coast since 2012. Tia Ramey specializes in working with local outreach initiatives and she has advised many minorities-owned businesses on their marketing strategies. Her expertise is a fine blend and balance of art, business, and communication. She is a graduate of the Columbus College of Art and Design where she obtained a BFA. She later attended graduate school at Franklin University where she studied Marketing and Communication. Tia Ramey has also worked in public service as the Deputy Director for Governor DeWine in his office of Faith-Based and Community Initiatives by educating non-profit organizations on how to develop strong partnerships and access resources that will result in capacity building. As Deputy Director, Tia Ramey was mostly proud to serve the state of Ohio by empowering the leaders that commit their lives to community service. Tia Ramey is also an instructor for the Ohio State University in the College of Public Affairs for their Professional Development Division where she educates business professionals about social media, digital marketing, and self-branding
