Brad and Heidi Mitchell are childhood sweethearts. They have been married over 36 years and have three married children. Through the healing from a very painful season in their marriage, they gained a passion to help couples build a Christ-centered marriage and founded Build Your Marriage. As speakers and authors, Brad and Heidi communicate biblical truths of how to build your marriage on the foundation of God’s word. Their careful application of scripture, along with personal stories and practical application, has been used by God to transform marriages and redirect families. In addition, they have authored a couples small group study titled Build Your Marriage with Couples of the Bible.
Brad has spoken multiple times at Willow Creek Community Church services. Additionally, Brad developed and taught breakouts for the National Coalition of Men’s Ministries as well as for Willow Creek and Saddleback Church conferences. Brad is the Lead Pastor of a church in the Cincinnati area.
Brad and Heidi are both graduates of Wheaton College. Brad also holds an MDiv. from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. They have served in local church ministry for over 30 years.
