A university journalism student once told the author that the student sold every textbook at the end of each semester, but this was the only textbook he ever kept.
About the author
Thomas Fensch began major newspaper and magazine free-lancing in 1967 and has published over 100 free-lance articles and over 30 books. He has taught nonfiction writing techniques at : Shippensburg, (Pa.) State University; Ohio State University; The University of Texas ; Sam Houston State University (Tx.) and Virginia Union University, Richmond, Va. This book represents almost 50 years of his experience in writing, publishing and teaching nonfiction techniques. He has an M.A. in Magazine Journalism from the University of Iowa and a doctorate in Mass Communication from Syracuse University.
