Ashley has a B.S. and Honors in Marketing with a Psychology minor from Penn State University, and a Masters of Business Administration from Villanova University. She also has a Foundations of Positive Psychology Specialization from the University of Pennsylvania. She lives in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania with her husband Ted and two children - Harper Lane and Theo Michael - who make her laugh every single day!
Austen Tarabay is the illustrator, and has always been passionate about helping others and making the people around her feel valued and worthy. She is an empath and believes that giving others unconditional positive regard along with zero judgment is key to helping and encouraging others. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and a Master's in Education with a School Counseling focus. She is also a National Certified Counselor working toward her License in Professional Counseling. She is passionate in advocating for children who do not have a voice of their own or need extra guidance. Austen has always loved expressing her creative side through art and music, so getting a chance to incorporate all of her passions through this book is so rewarding!
