Ashley Molnar is on a mission to change the future of how we treat each other. She is the founder of EmpaThee Lane LLC, where she writes children's books that teach our youth empathy and how to be kind through storytelling. Her favorite part of creating the company is partnering with her sister Austen Tarabay as the book illustrator.

In her professional background, Ashley has had roles in human capital consulting, procurement consulting in professional services, internal learning and leadership development, and SaaS customer success - in large global organizations as well as startups. She is currently an account manager at BetterUp - focused on helping people everywhere pursue their lives with greater purpose, passion, and clarity. She is also a board member and committee chair at When She Thrives - equipping single mothers to move their families from poverty to prosperity.

Ashley has a B.S. and Honors in Marketing with a Psychology minor from Penn State University, and an M.B.A. from Villanova University. She also has a Foundations of Positive Psychology Specialization from the University of Pennsylvania.

She lives in Pittsburgh with her husband Ted and two children - Harper Lane and Theo Michael - who make her laugh every single day!
