The collection analyzes, synthesizes, and assimilates the educational theories of the icons of the field into an understandable and practical strategy for bringing the joy and satisfaction back into education while exceeding the state and national standards and goals.

Thomas Black is a twenty-five year educator with experience at the high school and college levels. Graduating from Indiana University with Bachelor's degree in chemistry and a Master's degree in Secondary Education, Thomas has been an educational leader throughout his career.
