The Creative Grieving Workbook

A Companion Guide and Journal

By Elizabeth Catignani

Overview

The Creative Grieving Workbook: A Companion Guide and Journal provides compassionate support and guidance for anyone grieving the loss of a loved one. Within a 20-month period, Elizabeth Catignani endured the loss of her stillborn son, followed by the death of her husband on active duty overseas. Through traveling her own grief journey from the age of 27, she shares her experiences and wisdom in support of those healing from traumatic loss. This workbook offers gentle support and encouragement through personal stories, healing tools, and journaling prompts that holistically address an individual's mind, body, and spirit while moving through the healing process. Written as a companion journal to the book Creative Grieving: A Hip Chick's Path from Loss to Hope, this workbook also works beautifully on its own for those seeking self-reflection, solace, and empowerment on their grief journey.
