About the author
Percy M. Cannon was born and raised in Peru. He received a chemical engineering degree from the University of Kansas and an MBA from the same school.
Percy spent 27 years working for three multinational companies (Procter & Gamble, IBM and Microsoft), living in seven different cities and five countries, covering several consumer and informational technology categories and markets in Latin America and worldwide.
During those years, Percy performed different business, marketing and people leadership roles, with responsibilities for brands, product categories, business units and overall general management.
His current career goal is to leverage his 27 years of corporate experience to help corporations succeed, and enable business individuals to thrive at work and across their different roles in life.
The first step will be to publish in November 2012 his book “The Business Apostolate: Insights to Define and Achieve Your Mission in Life.” This will be followed by offering consulting and coaching services to businesses, professionals and corporate employees.
Percy is married and has three children and two granddaughters. He is a passionate runner and reader, and speaks Spanish (native), English and Portuguese fluently.
