About the author

Tatiana's Wedding is Cynthia A. Robinson's debut novel. She is currently the Chair of the Art History Department at Cornell University, where she has published widely with a particular interest in Medieval and Islamic art. Tatiana's Wedding displays her ability to get inside the heads of a wide cast of characters in revealing their internal struggles and life-altering compromises made across three generations. Cynthia recently was selected as the winner of the New Southerner Literary Award for Fiction.
