This is the story of Rachel Glenn. She is, in almost every respect, an ordinary young college woman living in Los Angeles in the year 2018. She is the product of a broken home, a marginal Catholic who rarely if ever attends Mass, and attends UC Northridge on a combinations of loans and grants. Until her twenty-first birthday, it could be said that she had a bright--if rather uneventful--future ahead of her.
It takes only a few hours to turn her life completely upside down. She becomes the unwitting victim of a devastating crime that ultimately leaves her totally confused, pregnant, homeless and without hope. In the moment of her deepest dispair she receives an offer to start a new life in a sanctuary for unwed mothers. This is a home sponsored by a mysterious man from her past. even in this protected environment, she continues to be plagued by a series of unfortunate events.
Rachel Glenn overcomes her almost impossible situation when she finds strength in her newly restored faith. With the assistance of some very influential and supportive Christian friends she emerges a woman transformed.
