Greg Salter is a husband, father, mentor and now author of his first manuscript Raising Cain - The Plight of the Black Male in America. He is also an entrepreneur at heart, and has owned multiple businesses including Triumfant Muzik, Blue Print Media Group and the Copy Corner. His passion for empowering men of color was ignited and fueled through various life experiences, as a former FAMU student, basketball coach for UPWARD, board member for the Golden Triangle YMCA, financial literacy speaker at multiple colleges and universities around Central Florida, and inner city outreach coordinator for Love Center Church. As a young man growing up in Ft. Pierce, FL, he witnessed the devastating effects of violent crime, drug abuse, systemic oppression and inadequate education. Consequently, it's become his mission to be the change he desires to see.
