ARLENE LANMAN Author's Journey in Summary: Spirit trapped in human body is struck by Consciousness, beginning a desperate search for spiritual knowledge, prompting escape from the Darkness of Earth and the Lucifer Experiment, all in order to make the arduous journey up Jacob's Ladder. Author's story is a parallel to Jonny 5 in the movie Short Circuit (1986) – An experimental military robot (Author had been a Military Engineer) that is struck by lightning and gains human-like intelligence, prompting its facility to learn about the ways of the world. Years of Wandering prepared her for her Destiny or what she was striving for in order to achieve fulfillment, which was learning, teaching, writing, and spreading a certain message (the message of how to Escape Darkness). She grew up during the late 1950's in a small community that is now part of a large metropolitan city. As a Christian family, attending church regularly was a requirement, father said a blessing at each meal, and each said a prayer before going to bed. She was christened and baptized. And made a vow to uphold the Faith; she was "saved" by faith alone without any in-depth knowledge, just Sunday school and acolyte training. Later in life she was a deacon and elder. For most of her life, she was the 'Peacemaker' (foretold by her Astrology Natal Chart) bending her will to meet the desires of others. In high school, college, and most of her work life, she was the 'Achiever'. It was only later in life that she realized she had 'performed' to the expectations of others and not to meet the needs of her True Self, the Authentic Self. She spent a good portion of her life seeking her True Self, seeking her Purpose and Mission; all along knowing what she had been told, spiritually, was not the whole truth. She was a Military Officer, Professional Engineer, Registered Architect, an Engineering Manager within a major Oil & Gas Company, a Coordinator for a Hospital Design Firm, Director of Architecture for Higher Education at a state university, and a Senior Engineering Manager in Military Engineering & Construction. At this point, she found no answers to what is the "Truth". She then made an in-depth, analytical document search to find and publish the Truth.
