The Society for Nanlaoshu was founded in 1987 under the inspiration and guidance of Master Ham King Koo. Born in China in 1905, he devoted his life to acquiring and sharing his knowledge of internal cultivation techniques. The Society for Nanlaoshu is dedicated to preserving and sharing this ancient art of longevity practice.
