Overview
The book talks about genetic behaviour and how in 5 steps we can drive our lives toward becoming our real self. When we move towards our true self we moving away from automatic geneticaly programmed choices (mind & body).
Description
Every human being drives themselves through everyday choices. We think our choices are our own and therefore part of who we are. This is what I call the real self. We don't understanding that we all are driven by our genes. Not only do we look like our relatives but we behave like them as well because we share their genetic makeup. Even if our behaviours have been made in different times and places, they will faithfully replicate or mirror past decision made by our ancestors. This pattern can be seen in many generations through our family hystory. We can change this in five steps. I have dedicated the last chapter to numerology and the meaning of numbers in our everyday lives.
