Minda Lennon, Queen of Wellness – Author, Success Coach and Women’s Mentor Minda is the Founder and Director of Figure 8 Wellness (www.figure8wellness.com.au), an online wellness centre for women focused on Health, Happiness and Life Success. She is the author of the “I am woman” Book Series, the eBook “8 Skips to Extraordinary Wellness”, the Article Series “Extraordinary Wellness for Working Mums” based on Wheel of Life balance, and is co-author of the book “Extraordinary YOU – The Art of Living a Lusciously Spirited, Vibrant Life”.
