HOA Academy Author Bio Professor Gary Solomon, retired tenured Professor of Psychology at the College of Southern Nevada. He has a BA in Psychology, MPH in Public Health, MSW in Social Work, Ph.D.in Psychology, and a Ph.D.in Social Work (abd). Professor Solomon, for the last 5 years, has been researching homeowner's stress related symptoms caused by living in and being harassment by Homeowner Associations (HOAs).
