After Nettie and Jade solved their first case, each decided detective work might be a good career choice. But that was weeks ago! As Nettie says on their way to school, “I guess mysteries don’t come around just because you want them to.” Jade’s story of the case was included in their sixth grade newspaper. The deadline for the next issue is fast approaching. They need to find—and solve—another mystery fast.

Leni Ramberg grew up in Silver Bay, a small town in northern Minnesota, and now lives in Los Angeles, California.
