Excellent elder wisdom! This book fills a void that many of us have around sound advice from our elders on living in a connected way to the plants around us and the earth as a whole. Miss Beatrice comes straight up from her heart onto the page and is so real and funny it feels like you are having a convo with your wise, witty grandmother about the ways of the world. Her self care advice is practical and the places in my life I’ve been able to implement some of the ancient wisdom she provides have left me balanced and grounded and full of love.
