Anne Saile is an award winning business leader, board strategist, nationally known author, speaker, and strategic networker. She possesses over 25 years experience developing and implementing successful professional connections by bringing people together. Anne is Chapter Chair of the Albany Women Presidents’ Organization, an international nonprofit organization whose members are a diverse group of entrepreneurial women who have guided their business to generate at least $2 million in annual sales.
Her achievements have garnered national and international recognition for innovation and commitment to leadership. Ms. Saile was honored by two governors and the Capital District Women’s Advisory Council as a Women’s Health Leader. She was named as a Champion of the Healthcare Industry by the Discovery Channel and featured in Forbes Magazine. Anne was selected as the Nonprofit Executive of the Year by the Chamber of Schenectady County, a Woman of Excellence by the Albany-Colonie (NY) Chamber of Commerce, and received a Woman of Achievement Award from the YWCA. Ms. Saile also received the WERCing Woman Achievement Award from the Women’s Employment and Resource Center of the Capital Region. Recently, Anne was awarded the 13th Annual Mark of Excellence Award from the American Marketing Association.
Anne has devoted considerable time and energy to sit on a number of boards and committees. She is a founding member of the Forum for Executive Women of the Capital Region, and served on their steering and nominating committees. She has served as a member of the Health Care Advisory Board in Washington, DC. In 2004 she became a local and national spokesperson and advocate for the American Heart Association and currently serves as the Board Chair. She has served on the faculty of the National Conference of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and was the youngest executive to ever receive the Lifetime Achievement Award from the national organization of Administrators in Medicine.
Anne has spoken nationally on high impact leadership, effective business models, ethics, challenges for women in the workplace, emerging health care issues, women’s health care, strategic networking and creating an executive presence. She has written extensively and has appeared frequently as a commentator on television programs and radio talk shows. She is an expert in board development.
Anne serves as a national and international consultant. She is a graduate of Russell Sage College in Troy, NY. She studied public health issues at Oxford University’s Center for Human Rights and Responsibilities in England and was an invited participant at the International Symposium on Telemedicine at Harvard University.
