About the author
W. Charles Bennett was born in East Chicago, Indiana. Upon graduation from high school, Charles attended DePauw University in Greencastle, Indiana, where he graduated with a degree in Economics and Business. He graduated from Washington University St Louis in 1976 with an MBA in Accounting. He went on to work for the International accounting firm of Ernst and Ernst before entering the FBI Academy in Quantico, Virginia, in 1979. In 1982, Charles partnered with former Washington University classmate Louis G. Hutt to form the regional accounting firm of Bennett Hutt & Company with offices in Columbia, Maryland and Albuquerque.
