T’AL Wallace is not a traditional writer but more of a storyteller, so his writing is quite un-orthodox to say the least.. t, T’AL Wallace is a music publisher, storyteller & Poet. His life experience, has included near death situations and it has shaped his life into someone who believes in Karma and Atonement. So one must be mindful of ones deeds knowing one must Atone for them through the journey of life. As a youngster growing up in Harlem & the Bronx, N.Y.C, during the 60’s & 70’s to hard-working middle class parents, T’AL spent his summers partly at camp and the other part down-south with all his cousins and relatives. This is where T’AL was exposed to storytelling. The elders would sit around the fireplace in the evenings, whether in the big house or the backyard fire-pit, telling us children all kinds of stories. Storytelling was better than going to the movies! As a young man, T’AL attended Sound Reinforcement Vocational School and later enrolled in The Institute of Audio Research studying Audio Engineering. He landed a job at NYC A&R recording Studios in 1979, as a maintenance/studio setup and assistant audio engineer. T’AL was privileged to meet a lot of musicians and music executives. After being offered an opportunity to travel touring the country and abroad as a road manager with musical groups he left A&R to indulged into the business aspect of the music industry. T’AL worked for several famous musicians doing various tasks from Road Management, Record Promotion and even security. For over 7 1/2 years T’AL lived out of his suitcase staying in the best of hotels, eating out of the finest of restaurants. This is some of the fringe benefits of working in the music business living on the road. Besides the music industry and storytelling, T’AL’s other interest is Poetry, Metaphysics, and World History. T’AL also practices the study of the Tarot Cards that was passed down to him by his most gifted Great Grandmother. T’AL Wallace has lived an adventurous life through out his years of travel and from this riveting graphic novel, you will surely be entertained, surprised, intrigued and even informed! T’AL is sure the reader will be able to relate to the message in the story and be mindful of what to say and do to others, because what comes around, go’s around, and what one does to others be it good or bad ‘ KARMA comes right back a 100 time fold!! So we all must do good on to others as we wont others to do good on to ourselves so we can receive good KARMA ! This story was originally suppose to be a 3 to 5 page treatment for the screenplay (Dalmation Man) the soon to be film! That’s why Mr. T’AL couldn't stop writing until this story unfolded into a 59 page graphic novel with an ending Poem of Karmic Atonement (FROM THE WOMB TO DA TOMB) ! This story was inspired by the film "The Watermelon Man"!
