Mark Hoversen is a self-taught cook. He never went to culinary school, but since a young age, he had the freedom of the family kitchen to have fun with food. As Mark got older, it was his creativity that drew him to cook more because he could envision recipes that he wanted to share. Mark has a bachelor's degree from Marquette University in Business Administration with a Major in Accounting. He has a master's degree in Accounting from Marquette University and is a Licensed Certified Public Accountant.
