Mr. Shaw is a licensed California Attorney licensed to practice Immigration Law in all 50 States. He received his B.A. degree from the University of California of Riverside and his law degree from the University of North Dakota School of Law. He is also admitted and part of the country's largest and most prestigious Immigration Lawyers Association (American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). This enables Mr. Shaw to deliver higher quality Immigration legal services throughout the country.

Mr. Shaw also provides his clients with an additional service for those interested in investing or purchasing real estate and/or acquiring a residential mortgage in the state of California. He understands that clients can shy away from lucrative real estate opportunities, particularly with their pending or completed immigration matters. He alleviates their problem by assisting them and providing them with a sense of ease throughout their real estate process from acquiring a mortgage to homeownership or investments. Mr. Shaw states, "Helping clients out with their immigration matter is rewarding, but helping clients out pursue their American Dream of homeownership or real estate investments are even more rewarding." Mr. Shaw is a California licensed Real Estate Broker and Mortgage Loan Broker.

He also focuses acutely on government agencies' actions and keeps up to date on the latest policies, rule changes, and changes in the law such as: the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS); The United States Department of Homeland Security (DHS); U.S Immigration and Customs (ICE); U.S Customs and Border Protection (CBP); Department of Labor (DOL); and Department of Justice (DOJ). Mr Shaw and his team ensure to work with clients to ensure that government forms are completed correctly so that his clients' cases are processed quickly and efficiently.
