About Simonettehttps://simonettevaja.space

Over the past twenty five years I have enjoyed a profoundly intimate role as a psychologist listening and coaching people from all walks of life.  I have particularly enjoyed working with couples and groups.  I know that couples have the ability to grow from their crisis of intimacy, we can all grow from the challenges that relationships bring.  Life brings those curve balls, left of field entrances, matters that we never planned to happen.  They may be traumatic or just part of every day life, mental health issues or wanting to learn more about this amazing world we live in. The ability to be truly intimate and in relationship is a gift of life.  Guided meditations, observing Nature and contributing to others and the environment, creative arts and story telling are wonderful ways to uplift and inspire.  I encourage you to start meditating and then practicing your own Art form and develop Artistry, be that dance, music, gardening, painting, singing, loving relationships, personal expressions from your soul that can be an inspiration to All.

A Principal Consultant Psychologist having over two decades of experience in private practice; community health and corporate consulting - specialising in organisational development; mental health and wellbeing; conflict and team engagement; effective change psycho-education and as leadership facilitator to workplace teams.  I am passionate about designing and delivering contemporary workplace training services, in particular peer support and wellbeing initiatives and have enjoyed the variety and diversity of this work. I have a passion for positive psychology, mindfulness, creative arts and imaginative involvement and have been revising and delivering a specific MindHealth weekly workplace program to corporate clients and health care environments: www.mindhealthharmony.com
