Sadie is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who supports families of individuals with complex support needs.
Her work is grounded in relationships that have shaped how she understands communication, connection, and care. Through both her clinical work and her experience as a caregiver, she has developed an approach that focuses on understanding the individual and creating support that feels meaningful and sustainable in everyday life.
In addition to her work with families, Sadie is also an author and illustrator. She creates children’s books inspired by real experiences, using storytelling as a way to explore perspectives that can be difficult to put into words.
Her writing reflects the same lens she brings into her work—one that centers connection, respect, and the lived experiences of the individuals and families she supports.
