Baz Porter® found himself in trouble with the police, not for the first time. Facing a critical crossroads, he made the life-altering decision to join the British Army, hoping it would set him on the right path. During his years of service, Baz endured unimaginable horrors that eventually led to severe PTSD.

After leaving the military in 2004, Baz spiraled into addiction and homelessness. Despite hitting rock bottom in 2018 following a failed relationship, he found the strength to pull himself out of the darkness. With only $360 in his pocket, Baz bought a plane ticket to America, spent 3 months touring 33 states, surviving on donations, providing Life and business Strategies and a compassionate ear to others in need.

Baz credits this trip as the genesis of his new purpose of helping people heal from trauma and rewrite their stories. Today, he travels the world speaking and holds workshops, one-on-one coaching, and group masterminds, sharing the philosophies and techniques he's learned from personal development gurus like the "Late" Bob Proctor, Dr. Joe Dispenza, Tony Robbins, and Gary Vaynerchuk.

Baz's incredible personal journey helps others reframe past trauma as an opportunity for growth. Through his unique integration of real-world experience and spiritual principles, he empowers people to overcome adversity, live boldly from the heart, and walk the path of their highest purpose.

When not speaking, Baz resides in Colorado with his wife, Nicola, and two cats, Max and Milo. He continues empowering people worldwide through life coaching services focused on work-life balance, business growth, and personal transformation.

Now Baz a Life and Business Strategist with life and work balance & business strategy, Baz stands as a testament to the strength of the human spirit. By helping others heal from hardship, he fulfills his highest calling to inspire the world and create lasting positive change.
