Joe M. Carroll is a Co-Founder and current Executive Director of Biblical Leadership (BLE) for Excellence, which is a workplace ministry founded in 1985 that has helped thousands of people learn meaningful ways to integrate their faith into their work. He is also a real estate investor and partner in a prominent commercial real estate company in San Antonio Texas. He's obtained the prestigious CCIM designation and has chaired boards in his church, ministry and professional organizations. Joe and his wife, Martha have four adult children, two grandchildren and he is also the author of Because Your Heart Matters.
