The author’s most recent function was Head for Field Force Development and Training Team of a large-scale Multinational Company – Philippine Market. Also spent more than four (4) years in the same Company as Zone Manager handling VisMin Islands Sales/Trade Marketing Operations and more than two (2) years as Regional Manager for Sales/Trade Marketing handling Visayas Islands.


During his stint as Development and Training Head- Philippine Market- he institutionalized the Sales Process, Coaching Process, Culture of Success and standardize in easy template the basic disciplines that helped brought about the tremendous good results to the Company in terms of KPI’s and created a Successful Environment that allowed everyone to achieve the desired results while maintaining positive work-life balance.


His Performance as Zone Field Manager for VisMin Islands can hardly be matched by any standard having achieved the Best ZM Award for 4 consecutive years where measure is based on Growth versus YAGO. Was able to grow VISMIN by more than 600 % the last 4 years. In fact, was able to grow VISMIN internal business share from 25% to 66% as an Zone Manager. Bigger than the Capital Region+ Luzon Islands + National KEY Accounts combined. A mind-boggling performance by any standards. Always a consistent over-performer in his previous employment/s in terms of Plans and Growth. He developed customize Selling Technique applicable to Corporate Data Solutions for a large Telco Company and was likewise engaged as a Third-Party Consultant/Trainor for the same module that was conducted across all regions in the Philippines.  Is able to build a reputation of being able to “ALWAYS” simplify work processes thus resulting to positive results in his previous Companies and has earned him the moniker as the “MASTER” by his peers.


Spent almost all 33 years of his entire career life in Sales with few years spent in General Management as well. Has extensive work experience in various type of industry at mostly multinational in Telecommunications, Pharmaceutical, Consumer, Automobile, Bottling and Beverages, Tobacco and other FMCG’s among others. Was a professor handling Finance in Ateneo de Cagayan- Xavier University.

Graduated with a degree in BSC- Accountancy at Xavier University- Ateneo de Cagayan with distinction Cum-Laude. A CPA by profession. Was very active in extra-curricular activity in College having been elected President of the Commerce Student Council. Also finished his MBA Course from Guthrie-Jensen Consultants. Is also a sports enthusiast who plays avid Tennis and Golf in his past time.


Currently sits in the board for Philtech Inc., a Company engaged in Digital Marketing to include distribution of  Cashless Transaction Technology called Paymaya. Owns both a Large Scale Digital and Offset Printing Business and a Large Scale Oyster Mushroom Plantation in the Philippines. A Senior Partner of Innovare Schola Training Solutions with 'Execution Follow Thru" as its Outfit differentiation.
