Elena Elchaninova Hagedorn was born and raised in a large Russian-Christian family in Ukraine. As a young adult, she moved to Russia, where she ministered in a rehabilitation program for teenagers from orphanages and church youth ministry.

In December 2016, God gave Elena a vision about a new movement of His schools and inspired her to put this vision, Rosmarin, in writing. She also has a bachelor's degree in psychology, a master's in Christian school administration, and over a decade of experience at American Christian schools. Elena's biggest passion is children, their upbringing, and education according to God's plan and for His glory.

Today, Elena and her husband John live in Alabama and have two beautiful, intelligent children.

I am seeking partners to establish a new movement of Rosmarin Kingdom Academies

Dear Friends,

I am prayerfully seeking partners in Christ to establish Kingdom Academies in North Alabama, across the country, and one day overseas. Please join me in raising Rosmarin Kingdom Academies, where, alongside strong academics, we can help students develop their identity in Christ, identify and develop their gifts, and instill a desire to seek God's purposes for every area of their lives. Let us stand up and raise a righteous generation for God’s glory!

"Then the king interviewed them, and among them all none was found like Daniel, Hananiah, Mishael, and Azariah; therefore, they served before the king. And in all matters of wisdom and understanding about which the king examined them, he found them ten times better than all the magicians and astrologers who were in all his realm." - Daniel 1:19-20 (emphasis mine)

In addition to the inner work of raising children of God, Kingdom Academies should serve the city or town in which they are located. To be the salt and light of Jesus in the world, as called for in Matthew 5:13-14.

Let us, together, raise generations of young men and women - highly qualified in their field of gift and study - who, above all, will choose to please God, have consistency in their relationship with God, have the courage to stand up for truth, while never compromising their faith in Christ Jesus!
