Chapters include instructions on how to write your own Purpose and Intent Pages; sample pages drawn from personal experience; benefits: how to deal with worry and fear; achieving inner contentment through meditation; tips for success; and how to deal with something scary like cancer.

Purpose and Intent Pages can be used each time you plan an event, as well as for unplanned events like a trip to the Emergency Room. It’s a practical tool for a happier life!  www.thebestofintentionsbook.com
