Author Info

Lady Pammela also known as VoiceSpeak Lady DrP, a native of East Texas, Kindness Coach, and Author-Speakerpreneur, is a 2x survivor of Guillian Barre’ Syndrome. She was paralyzed twice and recovered twice. This disease left her crippled with little to no hope. Her amazing recovery inspired her to design a kindness lifestyle coaching program, teaching others the same strategy she learned from her traumatic childhood and learning to walk again.  Lady Pammela coaches through her faith in God, the knowledge in this book, and various life lessons from her remarkable story to encourage others to embrace the power of kindness and to effectively train and put others on the road to a successful mental, emotional, spiritual and physical recovery.

This empowering, inspirational, and motivational speaker spreads joy, laughter, and sunshine everywhere she goes. She is often described as a breath of fresh air. Her kindness is so contagious! With her courageous, uplifting spirit, positive attitude, warm, compassionate smile and encouraging words, she moves you to action and to tears. And the humor that follows, comes right behind the tears and dries them up.

Even as a child, Lady Pammela was known for her inspirational writings such as poems, short stories, blogs, articles, greeting cards, and songs. She was often teased because she always carried a pen and paper everywhere, she would go. Lady Pammela’s early traumatic childhood experiences caused her to be shy, withdrawn and silent but today, that same little girl found her voice again and is inspiring people all over the world with her stories and life message of kindness and focused faith.

Kindness is not what Lady Pammela experienced in her early life, but the unpleasant things and the unpleasant people (the ones who hurt her) in her life in fact, became her teachers.  Her book, "How to be Kind When You Really Don't Want to Be is extremely moving, inspiring and liberating. It teaches the reader exactly what the title says.
