I am USVI born Brooklyn raised therapist. I take pride in meeting my clients where they are during session as well as in life. Every single one of my clients hold a special place in my heart. I am passionate about my work and what I give back into this world. I created this journal as a response to hearing the negatives about journaling. This is a black and white copy of this journey called growth.
