Born and raised in Seattle, Christopher has lived up and down the west coast and now resides in the North Texas Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. He spent a long career as an executive with a national non profit, organizing community youth groups, training and guiding staff and volunteers, offering motivational presentations, and writing: everything from newsletters and ad copy to speeches and guidebooks. Upon retirement, he took up fiction. The Venus Disc is his debut novel.
When Chris isn't at his desk writing or outlining for his own enjoyment or that of his readers, you might find him in his workshop, garden, or greenhouse. He could be focused on a landscaping project, growing his chili peppers, or producing his to-die-for smoked pepper seasoning. Then again, he may be at church where he volunteers in the music ministry. Of course, it's quite possible he's enjoying a glass of fine wine with Ana, the love of his life, or sacked out on the sofa getting lost in a good book. Boredom in unacceptable.
