Andrew Chalk is a Dallas-based author who writes about wine, spirits, beer, food, restaurants, wineries and destinations all over the world. His articles have appeared in numerous wine and food publications. He is the author of the book Top Texas Wineries.
He is also a lifelong dog owner with a partiality for Westies. In the course of dozens of trips to Texas wineries over the course of a decade he realized that the dogs that lived there were a central part of winery life. Consequently, this book was born.
