Doug Fredericksen is the founder and owner of Ecovox Records, an environmentally conscious record label from Southern California. He graduated from the University of California, Irvine, writing program and has published numerous short stories and articles, mostly dealing with environmental themes. Currently he is finishing production on his ninth studio album with his band, Beatnik.
