The intention of this Art Therapy Journal is for you to learn how to use the healing powers of self-expression and awareness, focused on the now moment and positive emotions.
I have organized this workbook into two sections – Self-Expression (orange edge) and Relaxation (blue edge.) Their main purpose is to make it easy for you to decide what to do each day. Feel free to go from one section to another as you feel each day. There is no wrong way to fill these pages, do what you feel is good for you at that moment.
Remember, you are creating art that works for you! What you focus on… grows. Let us focus on positive emotions!
